Job Description
1. Recruitment Support:
- Post job openings on appropriate platforms.
- Search and screen candidate profiles.
- Schedule interviews and follow up on recruitment progress.
- Communicate with candidates and provide timely updates.
2. HR Administration & Onboarding:
- Prepare offer letters, labor contracts, and necessary HR documents.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
3. Internal HR Activities:
- Assist in organizing internal events, HR communications, and company culture initiatives.
- Handle other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
Job Requirements
- 2nd-year university students or above, majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- Strong interest in HR with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
- Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.
