Marketing SPECIALIST

Job Description

Create and execute ideas that match our marketing goals and SPEAK to our audience.
Work with our marketing crew to grasp what we need for our campaigns, WHO we’re talking to, and WHAT we want to say.
Leads, learns, guides and works with our creative folks such as designers, writers, and video makers.
Keep an eye on marketing materials, from online ads to websites landing page, videos, and social media campaigns.
Make sure everything looks good.
KPI is both leads (short term) and brand (long term)
Stay SHARP on the latest trends and tech to keep our marketing FRESH and EFFECTIVE.
Watch over the SCHEDULE, BUDGET, and CONTENT.
Regularly review and EVALUATE campaign performance and ENHANCE them.

Job Requirements

Overseas graduate is a plus
Be analytical, be able to understand data.
Be creative, be sensitive.
Have a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or something related.
Show that you are capable of creating GREAT marketing campaigns.
Be good at working TOGETHER, and getting things DONE.
Be great at writing and presentation, making INTERESTING stuff..
Think creatively and solve problems well, with a SHARP eye for design and details.
Keep up with the latest marketing trends, what people want, and new tech.
Manage projects LIKE A PRO, juggling tasks, sticking to deadlines, and handling many
things at once.
