Job Description
- Contact potential customers from pre-provided lists to gather basic information and understand their study abroad interests.
- Record and manage customer data in CRM systems or other data management tools.
- Assist in organizing and executing company events such as seminars, workshops, open days, and promotional programs.
- Provide onsite support to ensure event success and positive customer experience.
- Provide timely support and follow-up with prospective students to enhance their service experience.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and in accordance with company guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Currently studying at College/University, preferably majoring in Business Administration, Education, Event Management, or related fields.
- Good telephone communication skills with a pleasant and clear voice.
- Experience in telesales, event support, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to adapt in dynamic situations, quick thinking, and a strong sense of responsibility.
